The 2022 Zircon Industry Association Conference was held in Kuala Lumpur on 13-14 September 2022.
ZIA’s 2022 conference was a resounding success. The annual event, this year attended by 124 delegates, from 30 countries representing 77 companies, is the largest annual gathering of the zircon industry. The conference, held in Kuala Lumpur, was the first face-to-face event in three years, and marking the 10-year anniversary of ZIA.
2Dto3D Chairman, Dr. Roberto C. Dante, presented a talk on “Zirconates: New Sustainable Uses and Applications”. It deals with applications of zircon in batteries, nuclear fusion, and CO2 separation. The presentation is included in our website.
